The holding was formed in 2016 on the basis of PJSC Europlan, when the additional emission of the company's shares has been acquired by the SAFMAR group at the expense of other financial assets and cash. In 2017, the Europlan leasing business was transferred to a separate company, and the holding got a new name — SAFMAR Financial investments.
Today the investment portfolio of SFI consists of Russian companies that have leading positions in their market segments. SAFMAR Financial investments combines leasing, insurance, pension and brokerage assets:
- Europlan leasing company;
- NGPF "Mospromstroy-Fond";
- 49% stake in VSK Insurance House;
- 75% of credit broker "Direct Credit".
The holding also has 10% of PJSC M.Video shares and 7,8% stake in PJSC Oil Company RussNeft.
